She's very welcoming and warm and did a great job with our son. She explained everything, and answered all of our questions.

I would recommend Dr. Goosen to anyone seeking medical care. She is the epitome of kind, compassionate, educated health care. I have had an array of medical conditions - from long Covid to a miscarriage - and she was supportive and kind, in addition to thorough with the tests performed and recommended.

During virtual visit their was some lag time between the conversation.

Getting my IUD put in was extremely painful due to a weird uterus. Dr. Goosen was wonderful about explaining when I wanted her to, stopping when I didn't, telling me what was going on, and trying to help me manage the pain. She was excellent and I hope to keep her as my doctor.

We discussed get the pneumonia vaccine, however she didn't attach on an order and couldn't get done at the lab because they sent me to pharmacy but my insurance won't cover it . The doctor office wouldn't do it in the office because they were too backed up, so I haven't gotten it done.

Unfortunately, a cancellation by me due to illness and a cancellation by Dr Goosen made completing a physical very delayed this year.

I got all answers to my questions

My doctor that I go to is always asking how I am feeling and doing. I feel like she really cares for me.

Dr. Goossen is terrific. I understand the need to reduce health risks associated with COVID-19 but I had a physical scheduled and I should have been advised more than a day in advance that it was going to be a virtual appointment. At the time I scheduled it, the scheduler said it would be an in-person appointment. Although my doctor is thorough and I have great trust in her, I'm not sure how a physical can be performed very well virtually. I think that she did the best that she could under the circumstances. using MyChart, we were able to connect via video but the audio was not very good and there was so much background noise where my doctor was working that she called my phone for audio so that we could hear each other better.

First appointment with Dr.Goossen; very good experience, thorough and concise with information and advice. Listens well and addresses concerns effectively.

I've been receiving trans healthcare for many years before coming here but I still have trouble giving myself IM injections, which often results in inconsistent and missed doses-Dr. Goosen suggested we switch to subq. I was not aware that was an option prior, and for the first time I was able to give myself the injection quickly and without pain or hassle. So grateful she took the time to listen to me, this small change made such a big impact in my life.

my Doctor is the best. She listens to me. She Never judged me. She listens to me.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get to see my regular provider due to time constraints, and Covid-19. That just makes the entire process less efficient. Your on-staff people are good, but they just don't have a history, nor can they be as committed as if you were their primary patient. Every time I've seen someone else I've been underwhelmed. When you've got an issue that's hard to diagnose (or treat), your system has a problem.

She listened to, and was respectful of my concerns. She explained things clearly and I feel comfortable with her recommendations for treatment.

Dr. Goossen was the best doctor I've seen in my life. For the first time I didn't feel rushed by the doctor, I'm used to the doctor briefly popping in. I wasn't feeling well with my issues and Dr. Goossen was thorough, compassionate, empathic, professional, smart and made me feel so comfortable under her care. The way she described everything to me so it made sense and listened and answered all of my questions was the best. I couldn't be more grateful and the world is lucky to have Doctors like her. I just wish she could be my doctor wherever I go.

Dr Goossen went the extra mile to address a heath concern that had fallen through the cracks. It was resolved within 24 hours and it was a weight off my shoulders. I really appreciated it!

I went in requesting blood work to check for deficiencies. I have not heard anything directly from the doctor. She said she would go over my results within a week. Nothing yet.

MD did an awesome job. when I was given kit for stool sample said I could mail in and I didn't ask as assumed paper work would provide info, but no info was provided on who/what department or where to mail.
