She made sure to explain everything in detail to me so I knew what I was getting in to, and what actions to take after my appointment. She is very knowledgeable about transgender health and made an effort to understand my identity so that we could reach my target goals.

I have been seeing Dr. Goossen for a few years and am very pleased with the care I receive. She is a great clinician and always treats me with respect and never makes me feel rushed. I especially like that she has some Saturday appts! That's really helpful for those who work.
