HUNTSMAN CANCER CENTERDr. Jensen has been amazing through out the entire process up to this point. Explained everything to us very carefully and in a manner that we could understand. He gave us all the options that we had and told us if we needed a second opinion before moving forward that he was perfectly okay with that and after all that my wife and I looked at each other and said not needed we think we found our guy right here so lets get the ball rolling and make this happen. My wife and daughter said he was very thoughtful post Op explaining to them how things went etc. He came on his day off on Sunday to stop by and check in on me and to see how I was doing. We can't thank him enough for helping us through one of the more scariest feeling things that my family and I have been through. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this so much easier than we ever imagined. You and your team are incredible.

HUNTSMAN CANCER CENTERDr Randy L Jensen knows and cares about his patients. After checking on how I was feeling, and expressing his best wishes, he asked about about my spouse. HUNTSMAN CANCER CENTERI love his approach and care that he takes while explaining things. He doesn't make me feel like he is in a hurry to get out of the room. He listens to my questions and takes time to answer them.
HUNTSMAN CANCER CENTERI was told the proposed course of treatment, but then asked to call the nurse to get the details. when I called the nurse, I was treated very poorly AND the treatment was different than we discussed. i feel it should be the doctor's responsibility to communicate treatment plans to the nurse and then contact me. I don't think I should have to do the run around to know how to move forward and they should all be on the same page. Clearly, the doctor never notated or communicated to his nurse what we had discussed.
