Rita was excellent. This was the best experience I've had at a women's health clinic. I felt like I was listened to, and Rita communicated clearly what was happening during the exam.

I was very upset by the visit I had. I recognize that this care provider was covering for my normal doctor but I felt like I was given very little information about my options due to the circumstances of how my pregnancy was progressing. I came out of the appointment feeling defeated and with little information about such a big decision in terms of my care. The provider gave such little information that I had to do my own research and turn to friends who luckily work in obstetrics to learn more about the esv procedure. She didn't seem confident in explaining the data behind this process. She did not provide me with any additional information and showed very little care besides make a decision by tomorrow'. A person in her position should be able to explain the risks/benefits of this kind of decision and provide more guidance to patients.
