  • Scott Hopkins, MD, earned his medical degree from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He served his internship and residency in general surgery at Indiana University in Indianapolis, where he also completed his residency in urology. Dr. Hopkins is board certified in urology.

    Dr. Hopkins will be developing a practice serving Tooele County in partnership with the Mountain West Medical System. He enjoys working closely with patients and other physicians to provide comprehensive care for urological concerns. Dr. Hopkins evaluates and medically and surgically treats the urinary tract and the male genital tract. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, biking, skiing and travel.

    Dr. Hopkins’s services include:

    • Providing specialized care for urological health concerns

    • Evaluating and treating all urologic conditions such as, blood in the urine, kidney stones, bladder and prostate cancer, and trouble urinating

    • Performing delicate surgery of the genitourinary tract
