I am extremely pleased to have Victoria on my medical team toward better health. She is friendly and down to earth. She takes her time to listen to problems, examine possible avenues to correct theese problems and, in turn, communicates her conclusions and explains them clearly. She included me in developing a plan to improve several health issues I am experiencing. The provider really listened to me and she explain my situation where I can easily understand and she was very happy my pain became less.

Ms. Au seemed efficient and knowledgeable. My only reservation was that she seemed rushed. She sat at the computer during the appt. and dismissed one of my concerns...pain in my shoulder. She was focused on my spine and the pain I have in my neck and arm. That was the main concern, but I really wanted her to address my shoulder concern as well. She told me that we would worry about that later.

She was good about helping me get some medical procedures arranged after discussing my concerns with pain in my lower back.

Victoria Au, PA, identified an issue that I did not know I had, pain that was referring to my shoulder blade, which in reality was coming from my Cervical Spine. It was an important finding as it turned out to be a serious issue.

Victoria was interested in you and your issue. One of the things I like about her is that she says it like it is and in a kind way. She made me understand how important it was to be wearing my full back brace vs. The small brace that I was wearing . I had no idea my spine was so close to a major life changing event.

Left not feeling heard. Victoria recommended a new procedure instead of the same procedure I've been receiving for 3+ years that has been working great. I also didn't appreciated the aging comment of "there's no cure for aging, you know that right?"

Provider seemed rushed and frustrated with an MRI that does not come from within the system. She did make a good suggestion to start acupuncture.
