Protein Balls Ingredients
2 cups old fashion oats
¾ cup peanut butter
¼ cup honey
3 tbsp. hemp hearts
3 tbsp. chocolate chips
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp. shredded unsweetened coconut
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Form into one-inch balls.
- Sprinkle with shredded coconut to garnish.
Makes 16-20 protein balls. Serving size: 2 balls
