The Osher Center for Integrative Health (OCIH) leads the University of Utah Health system in promoting whole-person health and workplace well-being. OCIH's program prioritizes integrative medicine solutions and preventative health care habits. Our goal is to to guide individuals and communities toward optimal wellness.

OCIH programs, services, and education focus on the foundations of health:

  • Nutrition

  • Movement

  • Rest

  • How we connect to ourselves and the world around us

OCIH believes that health is more than just the absence of sickness. It's the opportunity to truly thrive in life and flourish in work.
