WellU is the employee wellness program for University of Utah academic main campus and health science academic employees.

WellU aims to inspire and empower employees to thrive when they’re ready to make positive lifestyle changes by offering concierge wellness support, individualized services, and evidence-based programs.

To participate in the WellU Program during the 2025/2026 plan year, complete the WellU requirements before July 1, 2025:

  • New Health Risk Assessment (HRA) must be completed at least once between September 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025, to receive the discount effective July 1, 2025
  • Four WellU Wellness Activities
  • Care Pathways: After completing the HRA, eligible employees can join the newly established care pathways. Here, they will collaborate with the Osher Team to develop an individualized care plan that aligns with the WellU program's qualifications and addresses the employee's specific health journey needs.
