All of the staff and practitioners at the Madsen Birthcare Clinic are fabulous. They are kind and compassionate in the care they provide for their patients and have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. In particular, our primary midwife, Claudia Gerard, provided outstanding care during my pregnancy and will be my go-to person for as long as she is in practice. Her genuine care for her patients is apparent and she always has several suggestions and recommendations for approaching an issue so that her patients feel empowered to make the decisions that suit them best. I can't say enough good things about Claudia and I am so glad we chose her to be our midwife.

I did not feel like Claudia listened to my concerns. When I voiced why I felt my symptoms were concerning, her response was I wouldnt be concerned if I were you. But could not explain well why she wasnt concerned.
