Dr. Orlandi his resident, MA and scribe were super nice, caring, understanding and listened! They even took my disgust with the description of my issue to heart and made sure they did not describe with that word! I was floored to see how caring and nice the entire staff was with myself and my mother. Dr. Orlandi's knowledge and willingness to address my issue, correct it and make sure it does not happen again with an extensive care plan is something I never thought I would actually see in the medical community. Dr. Orlandi and his staff took a huge weight off my shoulders and gave my hope and sight of the light at the end of the tunnel!!

I am beyond thrilled to find Dr. Orlandi! He is absolutely brilliant! I have been through three surgeries and was still experiencing problems. He told me more about me issues in twenty minutes than any other ENT Specialist did in twenty years! He was able to diagnose my issues and project a plan forward. I look forward to working with Dr. Orlandi and his team!
