SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTERDr. Rizk is kind, patient, gentle, and informative. I had what I'm sure were a few odd questions and at no point did she act like I was stupid for asking them, and she answered them clearly and concisely. She has a wonderful, calming bedside manner, as well. Highly, highly recommend.

MADSEN HEALTH CENTERAbby was wonderful! She was my midwife for the birth of my son and I'm so glad. It was an unmedicated birth and she was patient and encouraging and when my baby's heart slowed down she took the action needed to get him out quickly & safely. At my six week appointment we discussed the birth and I was able to thank her properly for all she did. I would happily have her help with my next baby's birth.

MADSEN HEALTH CENTERVery patient and kind. Gave me options about treatment/care without being pushy or making me feel pressured into something. Did her very best to make me comfortable during my exam.
SUGAR HOUSE HEALTH CENTERI was seen by a student under Abigails supervision. As a recent student, I appreciated the balance of autonomy and oversight that Abigail gave. The student was very good but Abigail double checked everything and assured me the student had done a good job. Abigail had some follow-up questions and was very good at listening and being respectful. She got preventative care taken care of and sent me a lot of resources.

FARMINGTON HEALTH CENTERDr Rizk was able to refer me to another doctor who would be better suited to address my needs which I appreciated. She was incredibly kind and patient, and has excellent follow up after my appointment even though I would be going with another doctor.

UH HOSPITALS AND CLINICSMentions of severe health concerns (melanomas, skin carcinomas, endometrial cancer) with very little follow-up, and conditions that are deemed uncommon in a healthy 21 year old. Communication was poor, and I left the appointment more confused than I was before.
EXTERNAL SITEAbigail is very informative and supportive, I always feel safe and trust in her care.
