Dr. White has always been very informative when asked questions and great at explaining what he is doing and why.

I appreciate his care, professionalism, and dedication and interest in my personal health. He is super intelligent, compassionate, understanding, and has my best interests in mind.

Dr. White is an excellent listener, good eye contact (not always looking at a screen), asks probing/appropriate questions, and follows up promptly on medical requests. I don't feel rushed, like he has more important things to do. He's truly patient centered. He works in such a way that makes me feel like a full partner in my medical decisions and health goals. And when I come in feeling "less than"...I leave feeling understood and treated like a person who has worth. That's total person care.

The tinnitus, itching all over my body, dramatic change in eating habits, weight loss, and feelings of panic were never directly addressed. In my opinion the focus became about my request for a prostrate exam due to my uncle being diagnosed with prostrate cancel. And being denied a blood test by a previous doctor at Farmington UT location. The main reason I came was to get a solution for those ailments described above.

Dr. White was really good at listening to my issues and recommending solutions. I was impressed with how he believed me instead of questioning my prior results/diagnoses like other providers (from other health carriers) have done. He even said he was going to do some research and reach out to a CFS clinic for me to get some details on how to help me with my new condition. I'm really pleased with his bedside manner and quality of care.

No follow up of discussed tests

I was informed that my PCP, Dr. White was available to see me but chose to let the intern see me. I was offended by this because I have had an eye infection for over 3 months now and need someone with a more in depth understanding of medicine.

I have always received the best care from Dr. WHITE & his staff.. And I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good/GREAT DOCTOR...I care a few of his business cards with me just in case I meet someone looking for a Doctor....

I live in Murray. Dr. White used to be my primary care physician at Sugar House Clinic. When he transferred to Centerville, I followed. It is worth the drive.

Centerville clinic is the best clinic on the Wasatch front. Glad we found it.

I have been seeing this provider for many years now, and he had taken good care of me. However, this visit was different because I thought we agreed on the same treatment plan and yet things changed without my knowledge - the medication dosage was doubled. I was told to keep everything the same and he was happy with the numbers and yet things were changed. I am seriously not happy with the action taken.

The doctor was up tp date with my medical history which helped with my current diagnosis. He felt it was time to see a specialist. He checked my prescription needs and noticed that one needed to be renewed that I had missed, so he renewed that for me.

Again, this was a follow up visit after a troubling A1C. Good experience because numbers have improved. We also discussed flu shots which haven't arrived at the clinic yet and the Covid booster which hadn't been approved yet but was about 48 hours later.

Dr. White does a superb job of caring, being interested, responding to questions and concerns. He is one of the best physicians we have ever had. He and the staff consistently excel in great service.

Dr. White is exceptional. My partner is very concerned about my health. I am less so. Dr. White addressed my partner's concerns thoroughly. Most doctors don't do that. He explained everything and my partner has been much more relaxed.

Very best doctor I ever had

Dr White was the Dr that I saw. He asked questions about my injury and took care of the problem. He helped me with a referral to a specialist. He was knowledgeable and caring.

Before the doctor ever came in to evaluate me I could hear him talking to the medical assistant speaking about how a sprained foot can't heal in 3-5 days so I shouldn't be back already and seemed annoyed and speaking to her like I shouldn't have come back. It turned out that my injury was something different and had he evaluated me first he wouldn't have been speaking like that about a patient.

I travel from SLC to see Dr. White, my primary care doc ---- It is worth the extra time to be on the receiving end of his caring competent care.

I've seen this doctor twice before this appointment. He's seemed very anxious and rushed each time. He also has not responded to my questions sent via My Chart messaging regarding concerns associated with my test results posted from this appointment. I sent a message on 4/22 and 4/28 and have not received a response to either. it is now 5/4. I'm starting to regret choosing this provider. it would be one thing if an assistant had contacted me and said he's been out of the office or another provider responded in his place but I called the clinic regarding this and they said he has been in office and they are unsure of why he hasn't responded and I've received zero response . 1-2 weeks is too long to wait for a response when you're concerned about test results!

Had a long conversation with the student, she was very nice and considerate. in the notes she did after the appointment she made a remark about something I said about balance. what she said showed a complete misunderstanding of what I said. I would like the notes changed.

It's a difficult question because there was a student doctor and I was not impressed. I have been having a rough day due to some family health situations with my son being ill and the student tried to talk me into taking antidepressants repeatedly. I was not there about that but I did answer his questions truthfully. I do not ever want another Student doctor. I was not asked if he could come in I was told. I did tell my doctor I was not happy about this and that I was not happy about being pushed in one area that I hadn't even come in for. The doctors care was great student doctors care was poor. I'm not sure how you want me to write this in that circumstance. I'll just leave it all at good normally I say very good.
