I made an appointment with Dr. Maurer because I was impressed by the combination of her experience and education. She was so warm and so down to earth in person. Her expertise was evident and she made sure all of my questions were answered, but never in a way where I felt talked down to. She's a wonderful person, a great Gynecologist. She makes sure things are done as they should be. She always errors on the side of caution to make sure nothing was over looked. If you have a problem with something, she wants to know about it, and it's addressed and solved. I've had 3 other gynos. in the last 50 years, and they were good.....but Doctor Maurer is "THE BEST!"

Dr Maurer is my hero. She was the first doctor at Huntsman's whom I saw, she went out of her way to make me feel heard and safe. My gender identity makes dealing with a gynecological cancer even more challenging but Dr Maurer has been right by my side. I don't know how I would go through this without her.
Dr Maurer made me feel confident about having the surgery and she took the time to answer any questions I had at the time and let me know she was available for follow up questions.
