She¿s cheerful, intelligent, empathetic, good listener, thorough and validating. I feel comfortable opening up about the whole experience. She puts you at ease with the care plan. Even if a drug still scares the crap out of me- I¿ll try cause she acts like she has skin in the game too.

It is a long haul to get in touch with providers. Appointments are 2 months out and it is extremely difficult for immediate care. I think this is a departmental issue not Keisa. After pushing hard enough because of a possible new area of Crohns disease I received an appointment quickly. It took a huge effort on my part though.
