In 27 years of being in and out of doctors offices and hospitals this is the first time I felt like a doctor genuinely cared about what was going on and didn't brush off or ignore anything I was saying or feeling. For the first time in my life I feel like I got an actual diagnosis that makes sense and was fully explained to me, and that feels amazing.

Dr Haynes was incredible. She did a very thorough evaluation, had great bedside manner, explained things clearly, and noticed things other doctors missed.
