Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City is hosting the 2023 Cancer Center Administrators Forum (CCAF). This annual meeting brings administrators of NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers, and those seeking designation, together to network.

(January 1 - March 4, 2023)

Registration fees can be paid by one of the following methods:

    The online registration system is compliant with all PCI (Payment Card Industry) Security Standards and University of Utah accounting policies. Credit card information is encrypted in the online system after submitting your registration payment. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards are accepted.

  • University of Utah Chartfield Payments
    Registrants from the University of Utah will be able to complete their CCAF 2023 registration with U of U Chartfield payment information. Registrants will add their chartfield information in the payment section before completing the registration form. Then, send Carrie Grant (cgrant@conferences.utah.edu) a notification email with the full chartfield, attendee name(s) and the event name. U of U Chartfield payments will be processed after receiving notification emails.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation of your registration becomes necessary, you may send written notice to the University of Utah Conference & Event Management department (cgrant@conferences.utah.edu) or call 801-587-2989. Cancellations made by 5 pm Friday, February 3, 2023 will be accepted. A $50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after Feb 3, 2023 are responsible for the entire registration fee. Attendee substitutions, however, may be made at any time.

Should extenuating circumstances arise which result in your registration cancellation, exceptions to the cancellation policy can be made on a case-by-case basis. Please state your reason for cancellation in your written notice to University of Utah Conference & Event Management.

The room blocks reserved for the conference have been filled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however the venue is located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City and there are several nearby hotels within walking distance. The venue for the conference is directly across the street from the Salt Palace Convention Center. Here is a list of nearby hotels.
