We work with each individual company to create a unique wellness program that meets their needs and budget. We recommend scheduling a free 30-minute consultation with our Wellness Programs manager to determine the most meaningful services for your employees.

Biometrics Screenings
Blood pressure, height, weight, BMI, and waist circumference measurements are a great way to track yearly goals and to help employees stay on track with their health goals. Total cholesterol, fasting glucose, and A1c testing is also available.
Wellness Presentations (60 minutes)
We know that wellness looks different for everyone, which is why we offer a wide range of topics to help elevate the well-being of your office. In addition, custom presentations that truly speak to the individual profile of your company are encouraged!
Consultations with Health Coaches or Registered Dieticians
Allowing employees to work 1:1 with our health coaches and registered dieticians is one of the best ways to improve overall health and well-being in your company. Employees are able to work toward goals that are most meaningful.
Onsite Fitness Classes
From 5-minute chair yoga and movement breaks throughout your day to hour-long fitness classes, we're here to make movement an accessible option during the workday.
