Dr. Adelman was fantastic! She helped me understand my family history of breast cancer and was able to provide resources for me to learn more about my risk. I had a lot of anxiety about having my IUD removed and she did a great job of talking me through everything that was going to happen and telling me what she was doing while it was happening. She was very non-judgemental when discussing birth control options as well, which was something I really appreciated. Overall I felt heard and supported.

I am now going to see another Ob/Gyn. It was clear to me that Dr. Adelman was not at all concerned with the nuances of my medical history or was she at all open to saying anything than other what she said to me, which was "There's nothing I can do for you." Medical gaslighting at its best...

Intelligent, engaged and compassionate.

Dr. Adelman was open and honest and thorough with me throughout my appointment. I went in to have a conversation and I appreciated not only being listened to, but also the fact that I was given great information on BOTH sides of the questions I had; one side of the argument was not pushed more than another. My concerns and sentiments were validated and I walked away feeling more confident and empowered than I have in a long time.

Honestly the doctor was very judgmental and rude. She made disparaging comments about concerns I brought to the session and didn't offer any solutions. She was also very rough during the physical exam.

She is the best obgyn I have ever had

Care provider was extremely knowledgeable and showed concern for my issue.

I came in to be seen about possibly having PCOS or endometriosis but the doctor told me I was wrong and that I couldn't have it since I didn't have enough symptoms because I didn't have hair on my face, but she never asked me what symptoms I do have.

Half my life has been spent trying to find a doctor who would listen to my gynecological concerns without brushing them off, minimizing them, or attempting to gaslight me that my concerns were "normal". She helped me make a plan to try to solve the problem. I felt so validated in what I knew I had been experiencing that I started crying. You should not be miserable all month long or debilitated for a week!

Physician was complacent and just wanted to stick me with steroids without really checking to see if her guess was right

The PA and Doctor both listened to my questions. They didn't stare at the computer screen and they talked through all of my concerns. I really felt heard and appreciated the extra time they took with me.
