Renee is the absolute best. Skilled, very skilled, as she prepares the site for the bone marrow draw and then completes the procedure. She listens to my questions, explains exactly what she is doing when she is inserting the needle for the extractions of bone and marrow, and then when she has completed the draw, because I always ask, shows me the specimens. I am relaxed and very confident because I know the results will be accurate. Thank you, Renee, for all you do for me.
