Where Are We Located Inside South Jordan Health Center
Our men's health clinic is located on the second floor of the building. When you arrive at our clinic, our staff will guide you where to go.
Make an Appointment
You do not need a referral from your physician to make an appointment with us for most conditions. However, you should check with your insurance to make sure this appointment will be covered by your insurance.
